Emma started working in accountancy in 2018 and became AAT qualified in September 2022. She has experience in many sectors including retail, tradespersons, charities, and healthcare amongst others. Emma enjoys helping our clients develop best practise in daily bookkeeping, implementing software into their businesses to streamline workflow, in turn releasing time to focus on business development. She relishes in watching a clients businesses grow, helping them to ‘work smarter, not harder’.

Kim Javes - Accountant at Inspire Accounting in Chesham

After running her own dog grooming business for over a decade and being a foster carer for a similar amount of time, Kim began her career in accountancy two years ago. Quickly picking up the skills and knowledge she needed to be our go to person for payroll, pensions and redeclaration compliance. Kim also assists her colleagues with bank analysis, digital bookkeeping, tax returns and vat accounts using software applications including Xero, Dext, Hubdock, Sage and Taxcalc.
